After a long workday, what do you eat? After a long work day, I like to eat turkey club on rye bread, typically any cold-cut sandwich.
What’s your guilty (food) pleasure? My guilty pleasure food is a pint of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream, Mocha chip ice cream.
What’s your favorite flavor combination? I utilize a lot of Asian and Thai flavor combination.
Besides your restaurant, where do you go out to eat? When I am off work, I like to go to the Fishale in Panama City Beach for food and drinks.
What are your pet peeves in the kitchen? My pet peeves in the kitchen are cleanliness and organization.
If you could choose, what would be your last meal? For my last meal, I would like a bacon, lettuce, over easy egg, avocado and tomato sandwich with sriracha mayo toasted on wheat bread.
