Dispose of paint

Where can I take my cans of paint I no longer need? Will the mosquito control place take them?(called, no answer) Franks cash and carry? HELP!

I believe the mosquito control dumpster is for large items like appliances. They do an amnesty day from time to time though for paint, used oil, etc.
