Looking for any opinions or insight on Draper Lake Coastal Village. I have driven past it several times and the pictures look great. It seems like beach access is limited/inconvenient though. Wondering if anyone has bought in there or looked at it.

Draper Lake was one of those communities that sold almost all the lots in the peak. There are a few houses being built an that have sold in there. Look for more lots coming available in the future via foreclosure or short sale. Draper Lake does boast some nice amenities . They have community golf carts, nice pools, a high observation tower, and community docks for the lake. The beach access for it is the public one just to the west. However there is an owners club house by it for parking and I believe there is a pool there too. It's going to be a nice little place once it gets going
