Dune Allen/Santa Rosa/Blue Mountain rentals?

My husband and I are planning 5 or 6 nights in the area sometime during July 8-21. We would prefer to stay in Dune Allen, Santa Rosa, or Blue Mountain beach and would like to keep our cost under $150/night. We only need a 1 bedroom 1 bath place and would like to be within walking distance to the beach. Anyone know of any places I should check out?

It sounds like Gulf Place would work well for you. They have small condos for rent. They are probably higher than $150/night though. I'm not sure who to call for the rentals there. Anyone? There is also Highlands House, a B&B to the east of Gulf Place.
