Earth Fare Coming to Huntsville

I had never heard of this chain of stores, but I am excited that it is coming to Huntsville. I am sure it is along the lines of Fresh Market and Whole Foods. I was wonderfully surprised that it will not sell any products with high fructose corn syrup, trans fats, artificial colors, synthetic growth hormones (in the meat and milk) and unnatural sweeteners! Yep, they're all banned from any products sold in their stores. Pretty sure it won't be cheap to shop there, but I can't wait to find out.

Anyone already have one of these stores in their neck of the woods? If so, what do you think?

It is like Whole Foods- went to one in Asheville- love it!! Very nice stores, great feng shui. Fresh Market is more gourmet and "boutique-ee", less health/organic. I hardly ever go to the Fresh Market here unless I need something really special - and many groceries like Publix are now carrying many of the things you could only find at Fresh Market before-
