We do have a sound ordinance, but it generally applies to physical locations. A loud motorcycle driving by probably isn't going to get enforced.

I definitely plan to not be here from October 19-23. The event is in PCB but a lot of participants pass through Sowal, especially the gas station at 98 and 30A in Inlet Beach.

There are many things we don't have here, including that. But it wouldn't matter, no one enforces anything.

Thus all the posts about beach house weddings, private property, etc.

Sheriff's office has noise meters but never uses them, perhaps they got lost. They were for house events. ( Let's not forget the big wedding house law suit, which the County did win against the offender, but still has not collected on...)

I believe there are some vehicular rules about motor vehicles and excessive noise, but they don't enforce people parking on the bike path or parking the wrong way on a road, so I wouldn't expect much.
