Eagle Bay is the project name and 3bd/2.5 ba starting around $200,000. Some already built and more planned.

Thanks for the info: I thought maybe they were rentals.

Some of the units are rentals, and the ones I've seen for rent start around $1100 per month. There are at least a handful currently for rent.
