Do you carry the white cheese used in making the authentic mexican restaurant cheese dip and if so do you also have the actual recipe. I have tried to make it several times without success.

El Mercadito has some pretty amazing food at great prices. And you can get a large Coca-Cola in a glass bottle! That always makes lunch better.

I've also tried many times, with many cheeses, and my chef friend who does make it says the trick is to use the really cheep white cheese. I have no idea what cheese that would be.
