We specialize in LSV sales and rentals which are street legal and authorized to drive anywhere the speed limit is 35 mph or less. Great for the 30A and old 98 areas. Do you just title and license them like a regular car? Or is there some exception to the Florida Uniform Traffic Code that was passed, and if so, could you reference a statute number?

LSV's from the manufactuer have a vin # assigned to them just like a car, so they are titled as easily. If you modify a golf cart to be a LSV, then the paperwork gets more complicated and the process takes considerabley longer.
