Elmo's

Anybody noticed that Elmo's seems to be expanding? Hopefully this could be adult only dining? Not that I mind children, it's just the conga line of 800 children to the macarane (you get the idea) is a little much.

Maybe they'll relocate their dumpster too. After smelling that thing throughout dinner at least twice on separate occasions and complaining of the stench you'd think they would hear you but evidently NOT. I used to like it.

I don't think they are expanding... My dad and I fish with Elis (the owner of Elmo's) and I work there when he needs an extra hand. On a couple different occations he's said that he's not going to be expanding. Something about how it'll be bad luck? But who knows. He could have changed his mind.

The kids being able to dance along with the live entertainment is just a part of the whole Elmo's experience. It's a place where both adults and kids can have a good time.

As for the dumpster issue... There's really no where else to move it to. Have you seens how small the lot is?

That's why I suggested it to the whole extended dam fam cuz of all the kiddos but then the wind was just blowin' straight in to that porch of dead fish smell from the dumpster. It just was yukky poo. I would try to figure out somethin'. We even gave it another shot, just Hubba and me the following year and the same awful stench. Too bad for us cuz we really liked the food and music too, but after 2 ruined meals.

I finally had lunch there in September. It was awful! The fried shrimp tasted like they came out of a frozen dinner.
