The Emerald Coast Meditation Society (ECMS) welcomes back Julia Hanna, certified meditation instructor who will continue a visual guided self healing meditation with an opportunity for group sharing. The meeting will be held on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm at Christ the King Episcopal Church in Santa Rosa Beach. ECMS welcomes meditators at all levels from beginners to advanced practitioners. ECMS is nonsectarian, follows no one religion or tradition, and is free and open to the public. Donations are accepted for Christ the King Episcopal Church for offering its space for the meeting.
