The Emerald Coast Meditation Society (ECMS) welcomes Michele Jorge, acupuncture physician and long time yoga teacher to our next in-person meeting at Christ the King Episcopal Church in Santa Rosa Beach on Thursday, November 16th at 4:30 - 6:00pm. Michel’s topic will be Healing Modalities. Michele has treated hundreds of patients in the area since 1997 and participated in their recoveries through Reiki, Sound Healing and Yoga.
ECMS is non-sectarian, free and open to all. We do accept donations to Christ the King Episcopal Church for offering us space. We begin with a 30 minute silent sitting meditation followed by a guest speaker and sharing. We conclude with a 5 minute silent medictation.
