Chef Emeril Lagasse visits restaurants boasting a rich family history as well as restaurants incorporating new ways to be more family friendly. First he stops in one of Florida's oldest steak houses and then a health conscious Cuban hot spot. In South Walton, Emeril reveals one of his personal favorite restaurants, Sushimoto, where rich family history and delicious food has customers flocking to the restaurant nightly. Then Emeril whips up his special Super Stuffed Shells family dish.

They're super nice folks at Sushimoto. Don't let the signs on the front door scare you off- it's a small space, and they've had their share of difficult customers over the years and are trying to prevent one unpleasant person from wrecking the happy mood of everyone else.
