Emeril's Florida features SoWal's Stinky's Fish Camp with Chef Jim Richard SUN 2/17

South Walton is going to be featured again this week on Emeril's Florida. Last year during Emeril's visit, shooting footage for a separate episode, Lagasse visited Stinky's Fish Camp and sat with Proprietor/Chef and CEO, Jim Richard. In the episode, airing Sunday, February 17, 2013, the two chat, dine and even cook some local seafood favorites. The episode airing Sunday at 10:30 a.m. ET on the Cooking Channel features four Florida beach restaurants. Don't forget to tune in and if you miss it Sunday be sure to catch re-runs Tuesday and Thursday.

Wow! This episode was the best yet! Way to go Chef Jim and Stinky's! Great show! Now, its time to go to Stinky's for some of those gorgeous oysters and frog legs and boudin and stinky's stew!!!

We saw Emeril out yesterday with his family at a Miramar eatery I will not name. He was approached by two elderly ladies and chatted-up while he was having appetizers and wine. I'm sure he was happy. Emeril's party was then moved to a private room.

He was also dining at a dinner party at the stables in SoWal last night!

Thanks for posting this. We love Stinky's food and drinks. Best oysters. Best Bloody Mary. The Mardi Gras menu was divine.
