Escape to Northwest Florida Sets New Standards in the Rental Business
Redefining Vacation Rentals for Northwest Florida
Miramar Beach, Fla. (July 14, 2011) There is a better way to own, stay, and play on the Emerald Coast and Escape to Northwest Florida has found it. Specializing in vacation rentals along Scenic 30A, South Walton And Destin, Escape will introduce a new concept to the vacation rental industry under the leadership of 20-year veteran to the hospitality industry, Amy Wise-Coble. Wise-Coble joins Coastal Properties of Northwest Florida’s Susanne Ward and Chip Jervis to create the ultimate vacation rental company.
“My 20 years in the hospitality industry has led me to focus on meeting the needs of the homeowners and exceeding the expectations of my guests. I will carry over this philosophy at Escape,” says Wise-Coble, Managing Partner.
Escape will begin accepting rental contracts on July 22, and be set to accommodate guest reservations this fall. The new vacation rental company for Northwest Florida will launch with out-of-the box options for homeowners and renters alike looking for a customized program in the vacation rental industry.
ESCAPE’S GUEST EXPERIENCE
Escape will allow its guests to customize their experience, ranging from check-in to daily housekeeping, offering them a wealth of amenities and excursions from our area. Each guest who books a reservation will receive an ala’ carte menu of services to choose from. We will compliment the ability to plan our guests’ vacation before they arrive with on-call services throughout their stay.
From luxurious linens and customized scenting to high-end toiletries, useful welcome amenities and essential electronics, Escape’s brand standards will delight the guests’ five senses and create lasting memories of their vacation experience. “Little things make a big difference,” says Wise-Coble.
ESCAPE’S SECOND HOMEOWNER EXPERIENCE
Each owner has different goals for their property and as a result they desire different levels of involvement in reaching these goals. Escape’s philosophy for its homeowner experience is to make the process as convenient and carefree as possible. Escape will offer four standard models ranging from all -inclusive to a service-only model, to a sales and marketing model, to a simple on-call model that will work for second homeowners simply needing the occasional “eyes and ears” on their property.
As Managing Partner of Escape, Amy Wise-Coble is excited about the ability to combine years of feedback from second homeowners and active rental homeowners in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort and Seaside, Florida to create what Escape believes is a simple, but non-traditional approach to the vacation rental business.
“Someone with good moral character and good business sense combined is a joy to work with. Even though Gene and I experienced all of the pitfalls of owning a vacation rental property, we knew Amy had our backs and did all that she could to fix what wasn’t right,” said former homeowner clients Jane and Gene Crews.
