- Must have a passion for food, food fabrication, and food execution
- Desire to learn and try new things
- Creativity is encouraged
- Must possess a relentless cleaning focus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must be upbeat, positive, and a team-player
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time.
