The owner used to own Sunset Charlies and basically stopped paying employees. I mean he wrote the checks, but they bounced. He's still being sued by the HOA of the condo for back rent that was never paid and he recently plead out on 2 felony counts of defrauding a financial institution.

This guy is all around bad news.
