family needs rental for 10 days -3rd week of august

I have a friend, here in Atlanta, who would like to find something around 3rd week of August. It would just be she, her husband, and 4 young children (9 and under) She homeschools, so can take advantage of the lower rates...that time of year. She has a budget of around $1000. She would love to have access to a community pool. They are a lovely family Anyone have anythng? I thought summer's edge might be nice..Unsure what a smaller home might rent for..Maybe even a condo. Thanks!!
