It strikes me as quite inconsistent that under the new laws, a woman's right to choose is very important and protected, but at the same time she doesn't have the right to choose to not have health insurance.....
You posted it as breaking news - the burden is on you to provide further info.
I am not outraged (IF it is even true) because I thought it was incredibly stupid to begin with that we are refusing to cover basic medical procedures in a "universal" health care bill.
No matter what your personal feelings or religious views are about it, the fact remains that abortion is a medical procedure that is not always an elective "choice" due to health reasons.

Obama has been successful on more of his promises than most presidents and he's not even 2 years in yet. It is probably because of the employment situation that this is being overlooked.
Anyway, you should at least give him the credit deserved because he has been busy!
