Looking for a female roommate in their 20’s to early 30’s. I live in the Sanctuary at 331 apartments and am the first renter in my unit so it’s very new. My unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with a solarium instead of a balcony (which really just gives it extra space). Washer and dryer in unit. Water, cable, and internet are all included in the rent. Only additional cost outside of rent is the power bill and we would split the cost of rent and power evenly. The apartment is completely furnished with the exception the bedroom and bathroom that’s available. The lease is through June 6th 2020 and I’d prefer a roommate who can sign on to the full lease but could be open to short term rentals. The room is available as of August 1st.
About me:
I’m 24 and moved down to the beach a little over a year ago for my job. I work full time and when I’m not working I enjoy working out, spending time with my friends, going to the beach, exploring new places, checking out the local restaurants, and traveling. I travel at least one weekend a month and occasionally have friends from out of town come visit. I like to keep my apartment neat by staying on top of doing the dishes, taking out the trash, and picking up the place. I have a cat that’s declawed (by previous owners). I don’t smoke and only drink occasionally.
Looking for in a roommate:
I’m looking for a female roommate in her 20s to early 30s. No smoking, no wild partying, helps keep the apartment looking neat by contributing to doing the dishes, taking out the trash, and picking up after themselves, is respectful and easy going. Because i have cat and dont know how it would interact with another pet I’m asking for no pets please
