Remember Fermentations - the wine bar in Seaside where all the locals hung out? Chef Joyce of 45 Central was one of the owners of Fermentations which was open in Seaside from 1997-2005. Her plans to throw a reunion party have come together.
The party on February 21 will feature Chef Joyce's famous hors d'oeuvres from back then and if you wear or bring something that has the Fermentations logo, you will get a free glass of wine.
Come mix and mingle like old times and enjoy great food and wine.
