Just try not to get stressed out (easier said than done, coming from a person whose middle name is Stress), and try to eat healthily, drink plenty of water, do some deep breathing or yoga, get some rest, and study enough that you have no regrets. Oh, and chocolate is supposed to help your brain.
I know this is a stressful time for students. I get vibes from Beach Jacket that she is on the edge from stress over the upcoming exams (her first one is 12/11, and she doesn't finish until 12/15). My students are pretty flipped out, too. Actually spring semester is even more crazy for them.
BTW it sucks for profs, too. First, you hate to give a bad grade and mess up someone's GPA. Second, the last exam I give is over at 2:30 on 12/15. I give two exams that day, and then I have to grade the em-effers. So my students will be finished Friday the 15th at 2:30, but I probably won't finish all of the grading until the 17th.
