Finance Leader
Oversee Rentals is a fast-growing vacation rental management company offering a variety of rental properties along Scenic 30A surrounded by the white sand beaches of South Walton County Florida.
Oversee is looking for a Finance Leader to join their vacation rental management team. This position will work directly with the owner to maximize revenues. They will be responsible for analyzing the competition’s pricing, analyzing upcoming demand, refining a marketable pricing structure, monitor and adjust current inventory pricing, refining the internal projection, researching better wholesale contracts, margin control, and similar responsibilities for consulting projects (ski and bike resort, maintenance companies, etc.) Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, analytical, organized, and a strong communicator.

· BS degree in Finance or relevant field required
· 4 years of finance-based work experience
· Experience in pricing
· Familiar with using Microsoft Office Products, Google Office Products
· Familiar with using Macs
