FIRE Restaurant is gone gone after Sunday 12/15/13

So if...

This case isn't about lack of business or quality of food or service.

... it was not the quality of the food which at Fire was very good or the service or lack of business then what is the "case". Looks like they met all of the criteria for a sucessful restaurant.

We will miss Fire very much.. The good news is that much of the crew will stay at the new place. Love me some Mario!

outside the equipment there wasn't much to sell as they didn't own the building. most restaurants that sell like that just want to break even and get out.outside a few restaurants on 30-a that do very well its a tough tough business with 4-5 months of very little business as the seasonality is brutal

Also, everytime we went to Fire, it was delicious and fun and packed, we will surely miss Fire. I guess brunch will have to be back at Great Southern or trying another new place!!

Brunch at FIRE was great. But our new best friend for Sunday brunch is V Seagrove. Divine gumbo, brisket enchiladas, and cava with St. Germain.
