My wife and I are from Memphis. We have been frequent visitors to 30-A for many years. She loves the beach and the food of 30-A. We have stayed in Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary and most of the other places. Finally, last year we bought a lot in Seacrest and are under construction. I see that it is 61 degrees there at 5:00 PM and it's about 45 degrees here. We cannot wait to make the move and at least become part-time residents of 30-A
