Vaccines are also available by appointment during regular business hours.[/FONT]
[FONT="]The fee for each flu vaccine is $33 and fees are due at time of service. You may be eligible for a reduced rate based on family household income. Limited supplies of free vaccine are available for children through 18 years of age. Medicare and other insurances will be filed as applicable; insurance cards must be presented at time of service.
