Fluffy hair salon

i will be in need of a place for my 90+ year old mom to get her poofy hairdo done when she visits in march and again in may. you know - fluffy white hair. she gets her hair done twice a week at home, and will want to do the same here. i would like to be on or very close to 30A. any suggestions?? thanks all!
