The team behind The Citizen has announced the return of a beloved Alys Beach establishment. The NEW Fonville Press will open in spring of 2022 in the ground floor of The Lucian, in the Town Center of Alys Beach.
Inspired by its namesake, John Fonville, the new Fonville Press will be simple, yet beautiful. A market and café that knows its roots and celebrates them; a coffee shop and bar that knows its people and celebrates with them; a gathering place that defies stereotypes of the dusty old book-and-coffee shop; we were never meant to collect dust — we were meant to live full, uncovered, vibrant, and purposeful days.
