To all the Sowal lovers: We currently own a new Adagio Pool Unit in Blue Mountain Beach that went into the rental program in June. It is a 3 bedroom 3 bath condo overlooking the pool and has a small view of the gulf. The rental market has been very good over the summer, although we anticipate that it will slow down in the fall. We bought this unit as an investment and would like to keep part of it for the rental income. So, we are looking for three owners to have 25% ownership each and we would keep 25%.
