Freeport is now home to a new restaurant, which I hear is pretty good. It is called the Big City Grill and is located on Hwy 331, about one mile south of Hwy 20. Also, Giovanni's Pizza is getting ready to open next door to Big City Grill.
Just north of Hwy 20, on Hwy 331 there is a new strip center and on the north end of it is a new sign stating, "Mexican Bar and Grill." It has a huge covered deck and looks pretty large inside too.
I am telling you, Freeport will be the place to go for food.
