Freshwater fishing?

I have been coming to the beaches of South Walton for 20+ years and I am looking to do some bass fishing in the surrounding lakes coming up in June. Does anyone have any suggestions on canoe rental or guides for doing so?

It is early and the "drinking" has not begun! I have seen a few fall off as the day progressed.
