St Joe Club & Resorts is seeking two (2) experience Front Desk Agents for our Forbes Four Star/Four Diamond Resort, WaterColor and WaterSound. This is your opportunity to work at one of only 18 resorts in Florida with this designation.
Your primary responsibility is to check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements as well as provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors.
General Skills/Qualifications
•Must be a service minded individual with a positive attitude who truly enjoys helping others.
•Must be quick on their feet and adept at handling stressful situations seamlessly.
•Must be computer literate.
•Previous experience as Front Desk Agent required preferably at an upscale resort.
•Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
•Must be dependable and punctual at all times
