Full Time/Part Time Retail and Rental Sales Associate for Rent Gear Here (multiple positions will be hired) Pay: $12/hour + with experience
-Rent Gear Here(RentGearHere.com), a local bike, beach, baby equipment rental company is looking to hire a full/part time Retail and Rental Sales Associate. This is an hourly position, but with a rapid growing company, there are opportunities for promotion. Applicants must have qualities of adaptability, and eagerness to do job duties in a well timed manner. Applicants must also be 16 years or older, have a reliable means of transportation to and from work, qualities of trustworthiness, willingness to learn, a positive attitude, accountability, and the ability to lift at least 40lbs. Prospective employees will be required to answer business phones occasionally, work both inside and outside and deal with customers in an engaging manner daily. Customer service skills are highly important. Other character traits appreciated, but not required include retail sales and phone sales experience. Background checks and drug screenings will potentially be performed on all hired employees. On the job training will be provided, as will work uniforms.
