Furnished Studio to ready to rent in Aug-Sept in Inlet Beach!

Right now I'm renting a studio at Inlet Sands in Inlet Beach and I'm leaving mid-August. The lady I rent from is looking for someone to rent (long term preferrably) for 800$ a month which includes utilities. Great location: right next door to 30A (Rosemary Beach) and not too far from Panama City beach. It has a washer/dryer in the unit and is a block from the ocean. The balcony has a great view of the sunset. I've loved it here and encourage you to rent!
