Has any one traveled west to east on 1-12/I-10 from west Louisianna to Santa Rosa Beach? I'm in Rayne, LA and am concerned about getting back home both roads and gas. There are no gas cans available in this area.
Also any one looking for The Soap Pedaler here I am.

Hi Celeste - Please come back and make me some soap.

I have no idea about roads but AAA and some other trip advisors would be your best bet.

I'll be back as soon as it's safe. God puts us in places we need to be sometimes. I'm at my MIL but my Mom, 85, and her 93 year old boyfriend lived in Metairie (you're never too old for love). They evacuated to my sister's in Hammond early, but Hammond is out of electricity and will be for some time. No communication with them for three days. Retrieved my Mom on Thursday and sent them to my Brother 's in Naples, FL. Sunday. BTW my brother is a Prince among men, sent them two first class tickets to get there.Bush is in Baton Rouge today so he's probably snarling up traffic in the already stressed city and airport.
