There is a massive white house that looks like its all concrete. Its right next to Rosemary Beach (coming from PC).

Is that a single residence house and who's house is that?

It is not good news for us. Ol 'Charlie owns the lot next door to us, rumored to be the future maid's quarters or somesuch. See that view in our avatar? It will probably not be as nice if he builds on it. I was hoping for a couple of years of a concrete shortage, actually. Pure selfishness.

It's a good thing you were wise enough to buy a lot on which to build your dream house, TFT. You have a back-up plan if the view is marred.
