Yes, yes, I was the surprise guest and had a grayt time. Fabrice is a fine place to have lunch (seared tuna sandwich with pesto aioli on a baguette -- ok, ok, I had a chocolate mouse filled with creme brulee too) and couldn't have had better company -- unless the rest of you all were there, too! Toots is looking very good for someone with a cast on her leg and crutches!

I came into town quickly and left quickly. Spent 3 days cleaning and maintaining the cottage (that lunch and one dinner were my breaks). But I'll be back soon and plan to take it as a full beach bum break.

I even bought two used bikes because I think I'll get my butt off the porch and beach and do some exploring. Merm has inspired me.

Anyway, got home to Michigan today (18 degrees) at 4:30 pm.
