Graphic Designer / Artist coming to 30-A

Hey guys,

My wife and I got enagaged at the inlet beach pier last summer, so we are very fond of the area and looking to return. I also worked in Seaside for a while about 3 years ago right after college.

Right now I am Senior Designer / Marketing Director at a commercial real estate company in Texas. I have several Addy awards for my design work in web & print. It's a great job, but I miss 30-A!

If anyone has any opportunities or ideas for me, I would love to hear from you!

Oh - you're at a real estate company. These guys around here are always looking for someone who knows what they're doing for real estate marketing. Though maybe not as much as a few years ago and probably not paying as much.

Thanks for all the welcomes guys! Yes, I happen to be in commercial real estate right now, but I'm more on the artist side than the real estate side. Lubbock is a nice town for sure, but I've been here a long time. Sometimes you get that adventure bug that just wants to try a new gig you know? If I can figure out how to move down to 30-A though, that would be it for me. That is my wife and my dream place to settle down. The real estate prices are going to be rough though....... especially for a first time buyer like me. At least all we need is a one bedroom hah!!
