Grayton Beach Access Expansion

The Walton County Board of County Commissioners have closed on the Belcher property at 115 Sandy Lane. This home sits on 1.25 acres bordering an existing access (Ray's Multi-Mountain Access) in "new Grayton". I assume the county will add a parking lot and perhaps a restroom.

Definitely not a parking lot or bathrooms. The last thing the neighborhood wants is more traffic. I believe the county just wanted to lock down a county owned area for beach access

Do you know something what the county intends? There's a lot of houses that could use parking there.
