No, but takeout only serves to flatten the curve. Eating your food at home instead of in a restaurant is a trivial inconvenience when it protects the health and safety of hospitality workers and other guests. Servers, bus boys, hosts and bartenders are still exposed to everyone who walks in a restaurant no matter how far away they’re seated from each other.
