Need a Long Tern Rental on 30 for Cheap!

We are looking to get a little income off our beach house in Seagrove and are open to renting it from Dec. to mid Mar. for $800 a month, it's a great three bedroom three bath steps from the sand, I can send photo's to anyone interested?
