Does anyone have contact for the HOA? A homeowner on Andalusia first gated (with a tacky 4x4 and some chain link) a turnaround made fir the garbage truck on our dead end street, and yesterday plowed down wetlands to add a second driveway for his guest house. Problem is, he doesn't own all the way to Barcelona. Our lots cross the road, and there is also a buffer of preserved land between the two subdivisions. Code Enforcement is notoriously slow, and I would like to contact the HOA in Grove for help resolving the matter.
