OVERVIEW:
Guest Experience Associate(GEA) continuously works to improve the overall guest experience. This position will interact with several aspects of the guest experience to include pre-arrival,arrival, overall visit, and post visit. GEA is responsible for interaction with the guest in a pro-active guest service components of this position.
QUALITIES:
1. Excellent interpersonal skills: Must at all times display the highest level of professionalism when interaction with guests and co-workers.
2. A pro-active/can do attitude:always willing to go the extra step to ensure that the guest experience is exceptional.
3. Must clearly understand the essence of teamwork and always be willing to assist co-workers.
4. Must adhere to established quality guidelines.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Work with Director regarding all aspects of housekeeping and turn days.
2. Oversee the management of the maintenance program.
3. Manage specific properties on an ongoing basis.
4. Assume specific responsibilities regarding the laundry/amenity passes.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 2 years experience in a service-related industry
