Our Guest Service Agents are responsible for assisting guest at check-in, check-out, answer questions, assist guest with reservations via phone, email or in person, and work to resolve any guest issues.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Welcome guests to Rosemary Beach and insuring their stay exceeds expectations
• Assist guests in the selection of appropriate accommodations for their party
• Make reservations for homeowners and guests
• Answer phones, checking and responding to voicemails
• Check and respond to all email inquiries
• Assist guests at check-in and check-out
• Answer questions about the area and services offered by Rosemary Beach
• Communicate with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Update or change existing reservations
• Work with other departments to have guest issues resolved
• Enter work orders for Maintenance, as guest call with issues
• Provide concierge services for guests
• Responsible for making welcome packets
• Assist Guest Services Manager with projects and other duties that are assigned

Qualification Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• At least one year customer services experience
• Must possess exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Maintain enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Proficient computer skills – Word, Excel, Windows, Outlook, Publisher, FRS
