• Minimum -- 3 Bedroom
• Nice Pool -- can be a community pool but they do prefer a private pool
• Newer complex
• And of course, a good deal is always wanted

Our buyers are open to either a home or a condo. However, if it is a condo -- they would like a small complex and don't want to be any higher than the 5th floor unless it's such an awesome deal that they can't pass it by.
