Gulf Place - new place to eat?

I saw a sign at gulf place that said "kiwi cafe" or something along those lines. Anyone heard of this place? I didn't know we had another eatery coming to Gulf place! This is exciting...well as long as it's not $8 for a turkey sandwich like some other places there.

Rumor I heard is that they decided to cut ties with the Missouri franchise. But I believe it is same owners...

Anyone else hear anything?
