Where are the new buyers coming from? I believe Atlanta, GA, Birmingham, AL and Memphis, TN are the towns with the most visitors to 30-A. What we are looking to do is some local advertising for our lot in the towns most likely to generate some interest. Any thoughts on this?

My 2 cents worth
We decided to buck the norm and buy a retirement lot in Florida (30-A), since then to our pleasant surprise we are now sitting on a potential cash cow. Inevitable when visiting other nice areas we now end up looking at real estate and visualizing what it would be like selling 30-A to end up with a considerable nicer home in this area, however, at the end of our day we realize that nothing we have seen can match 30-A and we feel truly blessed to soon be a part of that lifestyle.
