Sadly, due to family issues, we need to sell our dream lot.

Here are directions to the lot:
It's in Seacrest Beach, which is between Watersound and Alys Beach, in the Seabreeze subdivision. Heading west on 30A (from Rosemary Beach), turn right on Seabreeze Trail. (The Seabreeze sign marks the street.) Take your first right (Seabreeze Blvd.), then your first right again (Seabreeze Way). The lot is at the end of the cul-de-sac. There's a sign on the lot.
