Is Harmony Beach Vacations going out of business?

I have looked on the internet and found one article. Does anyone have more information?

Here's what I found:
"Sink said the owners of Harmony Beach Vacations in Destin sent her an e-mail yesterday telling her they were going out of business because their claim for lost revenues has languished under both BP and Feinberg, who took over the oil giant?s maligned claims process for individuals and businesses on Aug. 23."

I wouldn't announce someone is going out of business solely based on that article.

It could be true or it could be exaggerated slightly to get a reaction/make a point.
