St. Joe Co says CFO resigns
Nov 6 (Reuters) - St. Joe Co. (JOE.N: Quote, Profile, Research) on Monday said Chief Financial Officer Anthony Corriggio resigned to pursue other opportunities and will be replaced by Michael Regan.
Regan has been St. Joe's senior vice president, finance and planning, since 1997 and had served as interim CFO from 1998 to 1999, the real estate development and timber company said in a statement.
Since Regan, 59, plans to retire in mid-2007 the company has started a search for a successor CFO, it said.
